All prices are for payment in U.S. dollars at Mills & Kemble's offices in Dallas
County, Dallas, Texas.
Minimum Billing: $50.00
Freight Policy: All orders are FOB Dallas, Texas unless
otherwise stated. Freight allowed on shipments exceeding $1,200.00 to one location in the
contiguous U.S. Orders that do not meet the prepaid minimum amount will be shipped via UPS
Ground service and charges will be added to invoice.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to review An
order shall not constitute a binding obligation on Mills & Kemble until it has been
accepted in writing by Mills & Kemble. Mills & Kemble may for any reason decline
acceptance or revoke acceptance of orders at any time before entire order is shipped.
Order Information: Additional sizes, colors, and
materials may be available upon request. Please inquire about availability for items not
listed. Volume discounts available.
